I have treated thousands of orthopedic sports and spine injuries without surgery and what has fascinated me the most is the power of the body to innately heal itself. That’s because it’s more than about healing, it’s about preservation. Everyone deserves to live more than a long life—everybody deserves a strong, healthy, vibrant life—where we can jump higher and kick harder as a young athlete, continue as weekend warriors through our 30s and 40s, lift our grandkids and walk the golf course with ease in our 80s, and enjoy independence late in life.
